How We Support You
Support at every stage
We act quickly and confidently to protect your position and your freedom to live out your faith at work.
The moment you sense something is wrong — the moment a conversation turns uncomfortable, a manager raises a concern, or you receive a letter you weren’t expecting — that is the moment to contact us.
The earlier you come to us, the more we can do.
From the first sign of concern, our experienced union representatives will give you clear, faith-informed guidance. We know the HR processes, the legal frameworks, and — crucially — we understand what is at stake for you as a Christian.
We attend meetings and investigations on your behalf, speaking with confidence and care. You do not have to walk into a difficult room alone.
Where cases require it, we provide strategic preparation for appeals and employment tribunals. We know how to build a strong case and ensure your voice is heard clearly and compellingly.
Where possible, we stand with you through formal employment tribunal proceedings — ensuring you are prepared, supported, and represented.
We know that these situations are not just professional — they are deeply personal. We offer spiritual encouragement, prayer, and human support throughout the process. We hold your hand along the way.

What Christians we’ve helped have faced.
“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair.” — 2 Corinthians 4:8

IMPORTANT TO KNOW
Are We the Right Fit?
We want to be honest with you from the start.
NCTU is a specialist union. We focus specifically on cases involving Christian belief, conscience, and freedom of expression in the workplace. We have limited capacity and carefully assess each situation we take on — not because we don’t care, but because we want to give every member the support they deserve.
If you come to us, we will tell you clearly and quickly whether we are able to help, and if so, how. We are relational, honest, and direct.
